To provide and generate reports summarizing financial data for use by the Population Health department when making business decisions. Under management directive, this individual may evaluate reports and make recommendations which impact business decisions. Position will support the Director of Population Health in his/her day-to-day operations with decision support and administrative needs.


  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Population Health.
  • Provide operational reporting to the Director of Population Health.
  • Run queries and create analysis utilizing all data warehouse systems.
  • Schedule, coordinate and take minutes for the committee and other meetings as requested.
  • Assist the Director of Population Health on creating, updating and maintaining fee schedules.
  • Maintain and update databases and reports used as reference for internal staff.
  • Respond and resolve data inquiries on select subject matters in a timely manner.
  • Compile, organize and analyze data from various sources to serve as research initiatives financial data.
  • Develop and provide complex reporting and analysis on revenue and claims data.
  • Track population and health trends for purposes of identifying target areas of utilization and case management.
  • Understand and report on state mandated metrics requirements.
  • Document process for preparing any monthly or redundant reporting.
  • Create tools, spreadsheets and systems to improve financial data analysis and reporting.
  • Perform complex financial analysis related to special projects.
  • Assist in ad hoc research projects as requested.

  • Comply with organization's internal policies and procedures, Code of Conduct, Compliance Plan, along with applicable Federal, State, and local regulations.

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is preferred.
  • Excellent skills in MS office and ability to use all functions of excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as, outstanding problem solving, organizational and leadership skills.
  • Proven strong project management, multi-tasking and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with report analysis, and experience working in a finance department preferred.
  • Requires 3 years' experience with health care claims, data analysis and financials.
  • Experience with Oregon Health Plan preferred.


Typical office environment requiring standing, sitting, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds. May be exposed to patient and environment conditions such as unpleasant sights, smells and contagious diseases.
